We use Allegro’s Organic Sierra Espresso for all of our coffee drinks. To add a little fun, we have given your standard espresso drinks a little flair by giving them dinosaur names.

Espressosaurus – Single or Double – just straight espresso with no extra water or milk added

Lattesaurus  – 2 shot (12 oz) or 3 shot (16 oz) – espresso + steamed milk- Iced version is espresso & cold milk poured over ice

Cappasaurus – 2 shot (12 oz) or 3 shot (16 oz) – espresso + milk foam + steamed milk

Mochasaurus – 2 shot (12 oz) or 3 shot (16 oz) – espresso + Monin dark chocolate sauce + steamed milk topped with whipped cream – Iced version has the same recipe except the milk is cold and the mixture is poured over ice

Ice Blend – 16 oz – 3 shots of espresso + ice cream + flavor + milk & ice (similar to a frappuccino)

Extra shots of espresso available for an additional charge

Flavor shots are extra

Non dairy milk is available at an extra charge

Chaiceratops – 12 or 16 oz – equal parts of chai & milk either steamed or cold & poured over ice

Tea – regular or herbal – hot or iced
