Due to a lack of help, we are pre-making many of our hot sandwiches and freezing them. They are ready to eat in about 6 minutes thanks to a flash oven we just put in our kitchen. For now, made to order sandwiches will only be done on a call-in basis.
Steggie’s Lunch – A vegetarian delight with spinach, eggplant, onion, roasted red peppers, sauerkraut, zuchinni, pepper jack cheese and basil pesto
Pteranadon Treat features turkey on focaccia bread topped with our special Pteranadon Sauce. Add to that almonds, onions, Asiago cheese, sauerkraut, roasted peppers & completed with Mozzarella cheese.
BedRock Reuben is our own special take on the traditional reuben. Ours is served on focaccia bread topped with our Reuben sauce – totally different from anything you’ve had before – onions, cheddar cheese, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese.
Arlenosaurus was born by a request of a customer who wanted a big hot sandwich with no sauerkraut and no roasted peppers. We use flat bread for this one using basil pesto on one side and pteranodon sauce on the other built up with ham, sliced zucchini, onions, eggplant, spinach, Drunken goat cheese, & Mozzarella cheese
Steggie’s Lunch was designed for those who love vegetables. Built on Flat bread, it has basil pesto, dijon mustard, zucchini, fried green tomatoes, onions, spinach, eggplant, sauerkraut, roasted peppers, pepper jack and provolone cheeses.
Beccasaurus is certain to delight those who like a spicy flair. Chicken & Cheese sausage topped with onion, roasted peppers, and grilled eggplant intertwined with Asiago and Drunken Goat Cheese on focaccia bread spread with basil and tomato pestos.
